Today’s my birthday!

36 is a weird age.
We just got back from a wonderful family holiday in the gulf islands. Breathing in the ocean air, being surrounded by so much life and greenery and salt-tinged sand was a beautiful break from real life.
Last year we bawled our eyes out when my dear friend, Krista, and her family moved to Salt Spring Island.
Took the kids to the dentist and all three have cavities. #whoevencares
Have been reading The Bright Hour and it’s just destroying me, but in the best way.
I got my hair done again and felt like a queen.
