Creativity is a good thing. It can prompt one to sew pillows and paint cupcakes on canvass. Creativity also has its limits. Just because one can sew pillows and paint cupcakes does NOT mean one should try to make her own banner for her blog.

Owell, I made it myself, I remembered how to ftp it to my site and I am proud. Don’t fear, I’ll take it down in a day or two when I get tired of the wretchedness of it. Then I’ll go back to my very cool banner designed by Secret Agent Josephine.
She is everything I’ll never be.

At least you made an attempt. I wouldn’t venture into Photoshop or any other graphic program if you paid me in gold. I am only skilled in Paint…and then it’s only stick figures.
I’m actually digging this banner. It’s got a kind of Circus-ey undertone combined with a hint of metal-head t-shirt. My artistic opinion….ha!

Unlike some other people who took my banner down, this makes me very happy. You need Adobe Illustrator. Trying to draw in photoshop is really hard.

I couldn’t see it, I swear I couldn’t. But I would not be stopped! I thought, maybe it’s just my browser (I use firefox)…so I opened it up in internet explorer and voila! your creativity revealed! It’s great! Simple, quirky, a little haunting, and has that little bit of “amanda” with the hilarious tag line. Love it.
