Last week I was broken. I hit a new low and was having a rough, rough time. I don’t feel ready to write about it just yet, but this week is so much better. My mom, bless her heart, hopped on a plane to help me pick up the pieces. Sounds dramatic, but don’t worry, no one died or is terminally ill or getting divorced. It was just a dark few days there for me and I am so thankful for friends and family who helped me kick through to find some light again.

Yay for Mom’s!!! Mine has flown in to the rescue a few times now!
It’s awesome that you have family that can come and help when you need them… moms are awesome. And, of course we love our children to death, and there are SO MANY wonderfully funny, cherished, and happy moments, there are as many (if not more) moments that are so full of suck, we can scarcely believe we might all live to see another day… but then somehow we do. Especially when our moms can come and help when we need them too. Hooray! I’m glad things are getting better now. (And I’ve been there. Oy.)
Sending a huge hug!
Hugs! Glad you’re feeling better! Kick those shadows girl – the light is a much better place to be.
Gorgeous picture, btw. :)
Thinking of you!! Hang in there. This gig is NOT easy. You’re doing AMAZING. Your girls are lovely because you’ve raised them that way. :X
I’m thinking of you and sending hugs.
Love you.
Moms are the best :-) I hope all is well!
Aren’t moms the best?! Mine too, has come to my rescue when I have been caught on a tornado of emotions and life circumstances and don’t know how to get off.
Hang in there. You will come out the other side a warrior. :)
there’s nothing quite like a momma’s hug to help bring sunshine out in the darkest days
Glad to hear you’re feeling better and I hope it gets even better than that. You have a lot on the go, I’m sure there is a lot of pressure. Hugs and prayers Amanda. You’re a very special lady.
I hope things pick up for you.
Life is such a roller coaster sometimes, huh? Hang in there lady! You are doing a great job. It is in these moments weakness that we find our strength… Hallelujah for Mommas!
