This One’s For Mom

DSCF4950.JPG
Whenever I talk on the phone with my parents my mom pesters me to post some more recent belly shots.  So, here is one from this morning.  Yes, my maternity pants are on their most expanded button arrangement possible.  And don’t you find the white bottoms slimming?  I am still finding it hard to believe that I have yet to get even bigger. I don’t know if my body can handle what the next six weeks (egads, is it really that long?!) have in store for me.

  • You look radiant! Most people do grow out of their maternity clothes just no one likes to talk about it. The next 6wks will fly by.

  • You look fantastic Amanda!

And what Heidi said is true. At the end, all my maternity pants were unbuttoned and covered with too-long shirts.

  • Maybe we should get you a mumu. Kidding! It’s true – we all get big and uncomfortable at the end, and our “cute” maternity clothes don’t look so cute anymore. Sigh.

    But you look great!!!!

  • What a beautiful preggy lady you are. In eight weeks you will be missing your beautiful belly.

  • Thanks,sweetie—you look wonderful!!

  • I outgrew a pair of maternity trousers last week (at 33 weeks) in a very dramatic fashion. They were stretched over my belly and when I bent down, I managed to tear the butt completely open. Thank goodness for the under-bump styles!

  • You look awesome. Enjoy these last few weeks, because before you know it they are 6. AHHHHHHH Time goes way too quickly.

  • You are looking amazing Amanda, another beautiful photo

  • You look absolutely radiant Amanda. Pregnancy becomes you.

  • I have to admit I’m mildly disappointed with that picture. I was expecting your stomach to be way bigger. You don’t really look that much bigger than when I saw you.

Good thing you have six weeks left to double in size:)

  • It’s true you will miss it. Not necessarity being big and pregnant but you will miss the amazing feeling of having that little baby roll around inside you. I did. And I love seeing you change and grow. You’re almost done!! You look great!

  • You don’t know me but my name is Angela and I am friends with Kelle and saw your link on her blog. I also found at that you went to Capenwray with my brother and sister,or at least my sister- Christine (& Jonathan)Brown. What a small world! You look absolutely marvelous…enjoy those last 6 weeks of being pregnant! Before you know it your angel will be in your arms! My little girl is almost 5 months old- seems like just yesterday she was born! BTW…the crystal lite slurpee experience had me laughing so hard I almost peed my pants!

  • Last night, when I was feeling down I cured myself by stopping by Kickyboots. It made me smile, you are the cure for the blues Amanda.
