When my kids hit the Terrible Twos, it consumes me. It’s hard for me not to dwell on the tantrums and defiance and challenges and then I realize that it’s been a while since I’ve just had a tickle fight, or a cuddle or an interaction with them that isn’t based on frustrated discipline.
Yesterday I spent some time with Karenna, just me and her, and I remembered how great she is (when she’s not having a rabid fit).
Here’s to the Terrible Twos! May they pass quickly, but not too.

That girl is so full of spunk and life. I love you both. :)
I’ve said it before, your girl K has so much personality!
Oh Amanda, you’re so good at putting a cute spin on the most frustrating parts of parenting.
So glad you had a good time with her. :)
Love these pictures.
So cute!
But they do end right, the terrible twos? Because it has been over a year of tantrums with Moira and she will turn 3 in April. I try to remember the good stuff too but geesh – sometimes I just need a break from the crying.
