(BTW, Make sure you take the beaters out of the mixers or at least unplug it first. We don’t need 100 blogs on Monday about tongues being stuck in mixers. lol)

Oh, regarding brownies; I am an “edge” eater and was gifted by a daughter a pan that makes “all edges”! It’s fantastic except that now I eat it all instead of taking them all the center part. Not so good calorie wise.
