I totally get your excuses. It’s more than hard to even just think of getting exercise with that much going on, especially if it’s not something you enjoy. I think your focus on WW for the time being is very ambitious.
When you are ready, I suggest getting your hands on a double stroller and hit the road. Especially with all the hills near your place (if I do recall).

Delurking to say that I can totally relate. My daughter just turned 2 and I only recently figured out how to fit exercise into my life again 3 times a week. When/if #2 comes along, I have no clue how I’ll manage. It’s easy to SAY your going to make exercise a priority, another thing to feel motivated to get sweaty during your 30 minutes of free time in the evening. Good luck.
